I cut a tiny hole in the corner of the bag and piped the red around and down each eyeball. The red streaks were just made from red Candy Melts. If a hole was left where the toothpick had been I just dapped a little extra chocolate onto it to cover.īefore the chocolate coating had hardened I added a little sugar eyeball to the top. Then I slid the coated ball onto a sheet of waxed paper. I gave it a quick tap or two to release any excess chocolate. Once the balls were nice and firm (from getting a chill in the freezer) I stuck on with a toothpick then dipped it into the white chocolate. Here’s how I assembled these fun peanut butter eyeballs. It’s terrible, but after all the baking and decorating I HAVE to do, when it comes time to make treats for my kids, I’d rather do something simple like bake a few monster cookies and call it a day. I bet you think since I am this cookie crazed person, my kids are always the ones with the coolest cookies in class, right? Is it suddenly a little too late to tackle the cute witches legs or jack o’ lanterns you had on your to-do list?
